Dougwell did all the groundwork and infrastructure in this exciting housing project. Adamstown comprises of a wide selection of sizes and types of dwellings on offer in this phase of development. 3 and 4 bed family houses, 2 and 3 bed duplex units and 1 and 2 bed apartments are included in this medium density, low rise scheme. Brown and buff brick are the predominant material finishes with red cherry wood finished windows in all homes. All homes achieve a B1/Code 4 energy rating.
Design and Architecture
Adamstown Luxury Apartment design and architecture were inspired by the finest luxury estates around the world. Each home was designed to be a masterpiece of modern design, with clean lines, sleek surfaces, and an emphasis on natural light and ventilation.
