Young Offender Institution

The building is a two storey reinforced concrete frame clad in brickwork and security screens/windows. There is a requirement for management, installation and co-ordination of services due to the nature of the facility. The facility provides the detention center with laundry, metal works and painting booths. Dougwell's work consisted of excavation, cast in-stu piles and in-situ concrete floor slabs and columns to make up frame of building with block work infill.
